- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups French fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut chicken breasts into strips.
- Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, then roll in the Parmesan mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange fries on the same baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is golden and fries are crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Substitute panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
