Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
