Ingredients

- 500g ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temp should be 75°C/165°F).
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
