Description

A delicious dish featuring tender chicken fillet coated in a rich garlic parmesan sauce, served with crispy fries.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups frozen fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the fries for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken fillets for 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. Melt butter in the same pan.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve chicken with baked fries.
