- 2 boneless chicken fillets
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups frozen fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the fries for 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken fillets for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside. Melt butter in the same pan.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve chicken with baked fries.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For crispier fries, bake a few minutes longer.
