- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll biscuit dough into flat circles.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
- Place bombs on a baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
