Delicious cheeseburger bombs stuffed with garlic parmesan flavors, perfect for game day snacks.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- Roll out biscuit dough and flatten each piece.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each dough piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush each bomb with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
