Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter

Instructions

  3. Heat remaining oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Place carrots on a baking sheet, drizzle with honey, and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with cream and butter.
  6. Serve chicken with creamy mash and roasted carrots.
