- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice French bread horizontally.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly on both bread halves.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden crust.
- Slice and serve warm.
