Description

A spicy and creamy dish featuring tender chicken bites coated in garlic chili oil, served with Cajun Alfredo sauce and charred zucchini twists.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp garlic chili oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into twists
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat garlic chili oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken bites and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In another pan, heat olive oil and char zucchini twists for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Pour heavy cream into a saucepan, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan and Cajun seasoning.
  5. Cook Alfredo sauce until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve chicken bites with Cajun Alfredo sauce and charred zucchini twists.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
  • Use gluten-free pasta if serving with noodles.
