Description
A spicy and creamy dish featuring tender chicken bites coated in garlic chili oil, served with Cajun Alfredo sauce and charred zucchini twists.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp garlic chili oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into twists
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat garlic chili oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken bites and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- In another pan, heat olive oil and char zucchini twists for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pour heavy cream into a saucepan, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan and Cajun seasoning.
- Cook Alfredo sauce until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken bites with Cajun Alfredo sauce and charred zucchini twists.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Use gluten-free pasta if serving with noodles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
