- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 6-8 minutes until fully done.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Add a portion of the garlic chicken on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Heat a clean pan over medium heat and toast each wrap for 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

- Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of sour cream or salsa if desired.
