Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Spread marinara sauce over the top.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
