- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Add asparagus pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Spoon chicken and asparagus mixture onto tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Roll tortillas tightly and serve.
