A rich and flavorful dish combining juicy garlic butter steak with creamy cheesy linguine in a four-cheese sauce.

- 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in all cheeses until melted.
- Toss cooked linguine in the cheese sauce until coated.
- Slice steak and serve over cheesy linguine. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust cheese quantities for desired creaminess.
- Use freshly grated cheese for best melting.
