- 8 oz cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steak and let it rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Toss cooked tortellini with Alfredo sauce.
- Slice steak and serve over tortellini.
- Drizzle garlic butter over steak.
- Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
