- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast potatoes for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and garlic.
- Cook steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Serve steak bites over crispy potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
