Description

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with smoky chipotle pasta for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add chipotle powder and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
