Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chipotle powder and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
