Description

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with a creamy parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the same pan and add minced garlic.
  5. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve hot.

  • Use sirloin or ribeye steak for best results.
