Description
Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with a creamy parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same pan and add minced garlic.
- Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use sirloin or ribeye steak for best results.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
