Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served over creamy Alfredo pasta for a quick, flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and steak bites to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
