Description

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served over creamy Alfredo pasta for a quick, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta and steak bites to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
