- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into strips
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss with shrimp and garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
