Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Return steak to the skillet and toss with shrimp and garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
