Description
A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring succulent shrimp and crisp broccoli coated in garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and toss everything together.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with rice or pasta if desired.
