Description

A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring succulent shrimp and crisp broccoli coated in garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss everything together.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
