Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove asparagus from oven and drizzle with garlic butter.
- Optionally, add lemon juice or Parmesan cheese before serving.
