Ingredients

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (115g) butter
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk or cream
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (15-20 minutes).
- Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
- Melt butter in a small pan and sauté garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Add garlic butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
