Ingredients

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season the steak strips with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add rosemary and thyme, stirring for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and return steak to the skillet.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring the steak is coated in the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
