- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Coat lamb ribs evenly with the mixture and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear lamb ribs for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
