Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add rice and stir to coat with butter.

  6. Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer for 18-20 mins.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle parmesan, and let rest for 5 mins before serving.
