Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Spread wedges on baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Heat butter in pan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  6. Toss wings in garlic butter.
  7. Place wings on tray with wedges and bake together for another 25 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
