- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Drizzle lemon juice and toss chicken to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
