- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add potatoes and cook until crispy and tender (10-12 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Return chicken to the skillet, mix with potatoes, and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use a large skillet to prevent overcrowding.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cover with a lid if potatoes need extra softening.
