Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add potatoes and cook until crispy and tender (10-12 minutes).
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, mix with potatoes, and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Serve hot.
