- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef bites and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until beef is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
