- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef and onion in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese.
- Divide beef mixture evenly among tortillas. Roll up tightly.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over rollups.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
