- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment paper, creating a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer, break into pieces, and serve immediately.
