Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
  4. Add crumbled sausage and cook until heated through.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and vegetables in the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
