- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add chopped vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the edges set.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully set.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
