- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the frittata is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Feel free to customize the vegetables and cheese based on your preference.
- This frittata can be served warm or at room temperature.
