- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add cubed bread and mix until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
