- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh berries
Instructions
- Cut the bread into cubes and place in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- Top with fresh berries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) the next morning.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
