Description
An easy overnight French toast casserole with berries.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place bread cubes in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- Add mixed berries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup.
- You can substitute any berries you prefer.
- This dish can be made gluten-free using gluten-free bread.
