Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape into meatballs and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter and cook onions until caramelized.
  5. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes.
