Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Allow to cool, then portion into freezer-safe containers.
- Label and freeze the meals.
