Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Warm milk and dissolve yeast in it.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the dough.
- Roll the dough and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise again until doubled.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and vanilla for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the milk is warm, not hot.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Freezing is possible before baking.
