- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Top each chicken breast with tomato and mozzarella slices.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
