Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Sprinkle nuts if desired. Roll tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place in a greased pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
