Delicious flavored cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle nuts if desired. Roll tightly and cut into slices.
- Place in a greased pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar to glaze if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
