- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Warm pita breads in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds.
- Assemble gyros by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and tzatziki sauce on each pita.
- Fold and serve immediately.
