Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours.
