Instructions

  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
