- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, oregano, and thyme.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the flank steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the steak against the grain and serve.
