- 1 lb White fish fillets (Such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Cabbage (Shredded)
- 1 Carrot (Shredded)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- to taste Sriracha
- 1 Avocado (Sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Coat the fish fillets with the mixture and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, and cilantro.
- Mix sour cream with Sriracha for the sauce.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on a tortilla, topping with the slaw, avocado slices, and drizzling with the sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding lime wedges on the side.
- Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite salsa or cheese.
