Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks (8 oz each)
  • 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season filet mignon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté shrimp for 2 minutes.
  6. Add garlic and lobster meat, cook for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
  8. Return steaks to the pan and heat for 1 minute.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh lobster meat for best flavor.
  • Adjust cooking time for preferred steak doneness.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or asparagus.
