A luxurious dish combining tender filet mignon with succulent shrimp and rich lobster cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 filet mignon steaks (8 oz each)
- 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté shrimp for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and lobster meat, cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Return steaks to the pan and heat for 1 minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster meat for best flavor.
- Adjust cooking time for preferred steak doneness.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or asparagus.
