Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 boiled egg (optional)
Instructions
- Heat chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles separately as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, sear chicken slices until fully cooked.
- Add chili oil and sriracha to the broth. Stir well.
- Divide noodles into bowls, top with chicken, and pour hot broth over.
- Garnish with green onions and boiled egg if desired.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by varying sriracha and chili oil amounts.
- Use fresh ramen noodles for best texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
