This creamy feta pasta bake is the perfect comfort food! Easy to make and bursting with flavor, it’s a dish everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne or fusilli recommended)
- 8 oz (225 g) block of feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden.
- While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Once the feta and tomatoes are done, remove the baking dish from the oven. Use a fork to mash the feta and tomatoes together into a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss until well combined.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
- You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
