  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
