Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  3. Add eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.

  6. Roll the truffles in a mix of crushed graham crackers and chopped pecans until fully coated.
  7. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
