- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for coating)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (for coating)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Add eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in a mix of crushed graham crackers and chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
